Checking In & Out

We know you'll probably be really excited to start your holiday, and can't wait to check in, so allow us to talk you through the process! If you're staying in the resort hotel, you'll receive an email 3 days before your arrival, which will allow you to check in online. On the day of arrival, you'll be notified when your room is ready, and check in and check out times will be displayed on your confirmation.

Hotel & Theme Park

If you're looking for the best of both worlds, then the hotel and theme park package is the one for you. You'll get 1 day entry into the theme park, so you can experience all the rides and attractions that Alton Towers Resort has to offer. You can also add an additional day when you manage your booking.
