About New Look
Chances are you'll be able to spot a New Look each time you look down your local high street now, such has been the store's success since forming in 1969. They have now become one of the leading fashion brands. Since opening their first store in 1969, they've expanded from womenswear only to accommodate men, teenagers and kids while also focusing on specialist clothing for pregnant women. They opened their 500th store on Oxford Street in 2003 and work with a range of designers, hosting collections from Giles Deacon and Lily Allen. The brand continues to go from strength to strength, rebranding with a new logo and concept stores and even making a Channel 4 TV show 'New Look Style The Nation' in 2011. Their online platform served customers in 66 countries with over 225 million visits in 2021.

Delivery Options
New Look have a few different delivery options which we'll list below:
- Express - £3.99 or free on orders over £75. Order by 4pm for delivery within 2 working days.
- Standard - £2.99 or free on orders over £29.99. Delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
- Nominated Day & Next Day Delivery - £5.99 order before 8pm for next day delivery.
Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your items, you can absolutely get a refund. You must adhere to New Look's returns policy:
- Return your items within 28 days of receiving them.
- All items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.
- You'll need to include your delivery note or receipt in your returns parcel.
Payment
New Look accept many different payment options including Switch, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay with PayPal, Klarna, a New Look store card or a New Look gift card.
Student Discount
