Delivery Options
Pretty Little Thing's delivery options are as follows:
- UK Saver Delivery - £3.99 - 3 to 5 working days.
- UK Next Day Delivery - £5.99 - 3 working days, if ordered before 9pm.
- Choose A Delivery Date - £8.99 - on a selected date, you can choose up to 10 days in advance.
- Click & Collect - £3.99 - 2 to 3 working days.
- PLT Royalty - £9.99 - up to 3 working days, unlimited next day and saver deliveries for 12 months.
Returns
You can return your items to Pretty Little Thing if you're not happy with them, as long as they adhere to these rules:
- Must return items within 28 days of receiving them.
- Unworn and unwashed.
- Underwear and swimwear can be returned as long as the hygiene label is still attached.
- Beauty products, accessories and jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Items should have all tags still attached.
Student Discount
Pretty Little Thing do offer a student discount. All you need to do is sign up via Student Beans to verify that you are a student and then you'll have access to your student discount!
Gift Cards
Pretty Little Thing have e-gift cards that can be bought as a gift, a special treat for someone special or just to treat yourself! You can spend it on whatever you like from their online store.
