Delivery
JD Williams has a range of different delivery options for you to choose from:
- Standard Delivery - £3.99, delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
- Next Day Delivery - £4.99, order by 11pm Sunday to Friday to get next working day delivery. Any orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
- Nominated Delivery - £4.99, choose a day, as well as AM or PM to suit you. Order before 11pm Sunday to Friday and orders on Saturday, will be delivered on Monday.
- Free Click & Collect - on orders over £40. You can collect from a local ParcelShop.
Returns
Whether you've changed your mind about a product or are not fully happy or satisfied with your order, you can return it. You need to return your items back to JD Williams within 28 days of receiving them. The item must be new and unused with all labels and tags still attached. Unless any of these items are faulty, you cannot return:
- Personalised or customised items
- Flowers and other perishable items
- Perfume/aftershave if it's been opened
- Items with hygiene stickers removed
- Smart Device
How To Use Your Discount Code
Once you've finished your shopping, and you're checking over your shopping bag, there will be a box that says 'add promotional code'. Then click apply to add the discount to your order.
