    • Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard - 70p, delivered within 2 to 4 working days if ordered before 2pm and within 2 to 5 working days if ordered after 2pm.
    • Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked - £2.99, delivered within 2 to 4 working days if ordered before 2pm and within 2 to 5 working days if ordered after 2pm.
    • Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked - £3.99, delivered within 1 to 3 working days if ordered before 2pm and within 2 to 4 working days if ordered after 2pm.
    • Next Working Day Delivery - £5.99, order before 2pm Monday to Thursday for same day dispatch and order before 2pm Thursday to Sunday for dispatch on Monday.

    Returns

    If you're not completely happy or satisfied with your order, then Card Factory will allow you to return your order at your own cost. Once they receive your order back, they will organise a full refund for your items and shipping. They cannot refund or exchange any helium balloons, chocolate or personalised items unless there's a manufacturing fault or damage.
