- Standard Delivery - £5.50 or free for orders over £50. Your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
- Express Delivery - £12. Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Returns
Returns are hassle free with Converse, so whether you've changed your mind or you're not happy with what you've ordered, you can return it. You have 30 days after delivery to try your products on and decide if you need to return them. After 30 days, you can still return your order for a full refund as long as it is unworn and unwashed. They do not offer exchanges. If you would like an exchange you'd need to return your order for a refund and then re-order again when you're ready to.
