Delivery Information

Look Fantastic offer quite a few delivery options, which we'll list below:

• Premier Delivery - £9.90, 12 month subscription plan offering unlimited delivery on all options, excluding same day delivery.
• InPost Lockers - £1.95, or free for orders over £25. Available to collect from lockers within 2 to 3 days of ordering.
• Tracked Delivery - £3.95, or free for orders over £25. Delivered within 2 to 3 days.
• Tracked Click & Collect - £2.95, or free for orders over £25. Collect from a local collection point within 2 to 4 days.
• Next Day Delivery - £4.95. Order before 11:30pm for next day delivery 7 days a week.
• Eco Delivery - helps to reduce the carbon footprint of your order by the last mile being completed either on foot, bike or electric vehicle. Delivered within 2 to 3 days, if your postcode is eligible for this, it will pop up at the checkout.
• Same Day Delivery - £13.90. Order before 11:30am for same day delivery 7 days a week. Delivered between 5pm and 10pm, not available on Bank Holidays.

Look Fantastic Returns

You can return items to Look Fantastic, but you must contact their customer service team first to be given a returns authorisation number. You can then register your return, post your return using one of the carriers suggested to you on the returns portal. Once Look Fantastic receive your return, it can take 3 to 5 working days to process and then you'll receive an email from them with details about your refund.

Blue Light Card & NHS Discounts

All key workers and NHS workers are able to claim up to 50% off their orders from Look Fantastic. You can expect to save 50% on your first Beautybox, so you'll have all your beauty essentials to hand. All you need to do is verify your employment to get access to your discount!
