Photobox do recommend that uploading the original photo will give you the best quality prints.
Returns
Whilst Photobox do not offer a returns policy, if you're unhappy with the item(s) you've received, they can still help. If you're not 100% happy with your order, just let Photobox know within 21 days, and they will reimburse you with credit. Make sure you send photographic proof of the damage or quality of the items that you've received!
