- UK Standard Delivery - £3.95 (or free for orders over £50). Your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
- UK Next Day Delivery - £5.95. Place your order by 7pm Monday to Friday and by 2pm on weekends for next day delivery.
- Click & Collect - £3.95 (or free for orders over £50). Choose your closest Hermes parcel shop to collect it from at the checkout.
Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your order or you've changed your mind, then don't worry as Value Lights offer free and easy returns within 30 days of receiving the item(s). You must pack the item(s) back into the original box with all accessories and components. You'll need to press the 'return my order' button on their website to generate a free returns label. Choose the option that suits what you're returning, fill in details and generate the label. Then, print off the label, attach it to the parcel, drop it off at the post office and you're all done!
