Delivery

Attraction Tickets Direct only post out tickets for Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld Orlando for easy admission into the parks. Your tickets will be posted within 7 days of payment in full being confirmed and received. You can choose from these delivery options:

• Standard Delivery - Free, delivered within 7 days.
• Priority Delivery - £4.95, delivered within 3 days.
• Next Working Day - £6.95, fully paid orders by 4pm Monday to Friday.

For all other events and attractions, you'll be able to download the tickets from your account to your phone.

Amendments & Cancellations

Sometimes plans change and you might need to rearrange, which is why Attraction Tickets Direct work hard to be flexible with your bookings. Some tickets are not refundable or exchangeable due to supplier's terms, but this information will be displayed on each of the tickets pages.
