Delivery Options

The delivery options that Ticketmaster offers may change depending on the event that you are purchasing tickets for, but they usually offer the following options:

• eTickets - this is the easiest and quickest way to get your tickets. They'll be sent out to you either via email or to your Ticketmaster account and you can just show them on your phone to be scanned at the event.
• Post - you can also have the tickets posted to your house if you'd prefer to have the physical ticket itself. These will be posted out to you and you should receive them no later than 5 days before the event.

Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, Ticketmaster cannot offer any exchanges or refunds if the event you've booked for is going ahead on the original date. However, they do offer you the opportunity to sell your tickets to another fan for the price that you paid for them. You can do this on the Ticketmaster ticket exchange section.

How Do I Book A Ticket?

You can book a ticket online, which is the quickest and easiest way to secure your tickets. There's also venue information, directions and seating charts. You will then be able to print your tickets at home or show them on your mobile phone. The other option is some venues have their own box offices, but it's best to check with the venue before you make the trip down there.
