Delivery

Metrofone offer free next day delivery for their orders. Depending on when you order your phone, depends when it arrives, see below:

  • Order Monday to Thursday by 9pm for next day delivery.
  • Order on Friday before 5:30pm for next day delivery.
  • Order on Saturday before 2pm for delivery on Sunday.
  • Order on Sunday before 5:30pm for next day delivery.

Returns

If you change your mind about your new phone, you can return it. Mobile phone contracts can be returned and cancelled within 14 days of receiving it. If you try to return it after 14 days, Metrofone will not be able to accept it.

PAC Code

If you're setting up a new contract with Metrofone, and want to keep your current phone number, then you'll need a PAC code. All you need to do is get in touch with your current network provider and request the code. Or you can text PAC to 65075 and you'll receive the code in a text message. Add it during the checkout section of your order and Metrofone will automatically set it up with your new contract.
