Delivery Options
RS Components offer a range of different delivery options which you can see below:
- Free Next Working Day Delivery, for business account customers. For those with private accounts or guest checkout customers, delivery is free for orders over £30, otherwise delivery is charged at £4.95.
- Same Day Courier - Available 24/7 for urgent orders only. This service starts from £10, and is only available for account customers.
- Same Day Collection - RS Components have 16 branches that are open from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, so you can just pop in and pick your order up.
Returns
If you're not completely happy or satisfied with your order whatever the reason, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange. There are some items that RS Components are unable to accept back, including software, calibrated products, production packaging products, extended range products and specially manufactured products.
