Delivery Information
O2 offer a few different delivery options:
- Click & Collect - select your closest store during checkout to see if they offer this option.
- Free Home Delivery - plus, if you order by midnight, you'll get free next working day delivery too.
- Premium Delivery - from £4.99 to £9.99, pick your own time slot on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Returns
Don't worry if you've changed your mind about a purchase as O2 will accept returns. If you've got a faulty device or are not happy with what you've ordered, you've got 30 days from when you received it to return it for a refund or a replacement. Some things like headphones once opened, due to hygiene reasons, are not included in this. You must return your device in the original box and packaging along with any accessories that came with it.
Payment
The easiest and quickest way to pay for your products is via Direct Debit, but you can also enter your card details on O2's website and app to pay. If you pay via Direct Debit, you will have 2 set up, one for the phone and one for the airtime.
